Point State Park encompasses over 800 acres of peninsular land and offers

on the aquatic environment while aboard a floating lab. The U.S.
Navy Submarine Force Museum is a popular destination in Groton, as it is
home to one of the finest collections of submarine documents, photographs and
artifacts in the world. Every June Groton celebrates Greenway's
River Festival, which commemorates the Nashua River and features live entertainment,
cardboard canoe races and crafts.
